I found this gorgeous cabinate in The Plaza in Kilarney a while ago. It's famed with this beautifully intricate marble wall feature which runs around the whole entrance of the hotel.
This was our method of holding down our home made work tops when my family were fitting out kitchen.
That is me on top.
This was however a few years ago and now that the work tops have been sealed with Linseed oil and the cupboard doors have been fitted, my kitchen looks really nice.
Here is another picture i took over the summer holidays of a resturaunt in Yeovil, Somerset England.
I loved the scheme of the interior it was rustic and used earthy colours and materials.
I found this picture on the internet while looking up features inside nail salons. I find it a very interesting way to hide the commercial ceiling as they can be fairly unattractive. The different colours give the place an exciting atmosphere, even though they are calming colours. The contrastimg white compliments the colours making them stand out.
Today I shall be going to Arthur's Quay to talk to the person running this kiosk to see if i could get any further information for my Project 3. It is very convenient that there is a nail kiosk very close by because my retail catagory is nail and beauty.
During the summer I visited Kinsale in county Cork. We went into a resaurant which it's name escapes me, but up stairs i found this beautiful textured wall. the blocks are all different shapes and sizes. The wall lights cast and interesting pattern and the shadows really give it depth.
